Stefan (Lukas Turtur) and his partner Andreas (Philipp Hochmair) have an idyllic life. They live in a old house in Vienna's vineyards, share meals, laughter and fun times with a close circle of friends, and of course there's music. Stefan plays the French horn and Andreas is the orchestra manager and their beloved cat Moses is centre place. Sex sometimes sees their friend Lorenz (Thomas Stipsits) watching which seems to make everyone happy.

When Moses bites Stefan an unexpected and inexplicable outburst of violence shatters their idyll.

Beautifully shot, great music from classical to Miles Davis and Moses the cat is a scene stealer, but after the 'incident' it's too long ('get on with it') and self-indulgent with a display of raw emotions, silences broken by over-the-top fear and anger outbursts sidelining any psychological probe which could have drawn in Lorenz and his partner Vladimir (Manuel Rubey) who aren't hang-up free.
